Univ.-Prof. Dr. Nicolas Raschauer
With effect from 1 January 2014, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Nicolas Raschauer will act as "Of Counsel" for our partnership.
In his professional capacity, Professor Raschauer will primarily support the firm in the areas of "public commercial law", "European law" and "banking supervisory law".
Professor Raschauer (37) is Professor of Public Lawat the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. He heads the Department for Public Corporate Law, is Deputy Head of the Institute for Constitutional Law and Political Sciences and also lectures at theInstitute for Environmental Law at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz
