Dr. Katerina Schenkova, LL.M. joins the anti-trust team at CHSH headed by Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner with effect from 1 October 2014. Prior to this, Dr. Schenkova was an attorney at Baker McKenzie in Prague.
Her main practice areas include merger control and anti-trust proceedings, as well as compliance. She will also expand and augment CHSH's anti-trust activities in the CEE region.
Dr. Schenkova studied law at Charles University in Prague and completed an LL.M. at the University of Michigan.
