New publication: "Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2018“

CHSH partner Irene Welser is co-author of the "Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2018", a recently published collection of articles unveiled at the Vienna Arbitration Days conference in Vienna.

Published in English, the yearbook provides the reader with numerous important contributions on current issues and topics of practical relevance to arbitration; for instance, there are essays examining unilateral arbitration clauses, the impact of Brexit, the creation of an international investment court, transparency in commercial arbitration, as well as the enforcement of settlement agreements.

The editors of the publication, now in its 12th year, are lawyers drawn from various leading law firms in Vienna and include Christian Klausegger, Peter Klein, Florian Kremslehner, Alexander Petsche, Nikolaus Pitkowitz, Irene Welser and Gerold Zeiler.

This year's edition of the yearbook includes a contribution co-written by Irene Welser, Gregor Klammer and Constanza Trofaier (all CHSH) entitled "Unilateral Arbitration Clauses".
