Mag. Jakob Hartig, LL.M. has been admitted to practice law at CHSH since 1 September 2016 and strengthens the team of CHSH Senior Partner Dr. Benedikt Spiegelfeld
Mag. Jakob Hartig studied law at the University of Vienna and the Università degli Studi di Bologna (Mag. iur. 2010). Furthermore, he graduated as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the King's College London (LL.M. 2012). In 2015 he sat the bar exam in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna and passed with distinction.
He has many years' experience advising national and international clients and is the author of numerous publications. His practice areas at CHSH include in particular the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foundation law and succession as well as advising clients from Italy.
