CHSH invited guests to attend “CHSH 4.0 – Anti-trust compliance in the context of software / artificial intelligence”

On Thursday 14 June 2018, CHSH held the second event in its new “CHSH 4.0” lecture series in its conference rooms on the subject of “Anti-trust compliance in the context of software / artificial intelligence”.

Following a welcome by CHSH partner Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, LL.M, Alexander Hirner (CTO MoonVision) gave an exciting overview of the current state of affairs regarding artificial intelligence (AI) and self-learning software. He also detailed future technical developments in this field. Afterwards, CHSH partner Dr. Anna Wolf-Posch, LL.M. discussed cartel-related issues concerning the deployment of software and AI and the resulting requirements for the compliance systems used by undertakings.

After the event, the attendees intensively discussed the issues raised. Involving experts working in the field of AI is in keeping with CHSH's holistic concept of developing compliance models in conjunction with experts from industry and accordingly offering clients real-world workable solutions.

Much is said about compliance with anti-trust law in the digital age. We talk to the experts!
