His main practice areas include national and European cartel proceedings, merger control proceedings and digitalisation and antitrust.

The antitrust law practice at CHSH places special emphasis on advising clients on antitrust fine proceedings, handling complex merger cases and developing group-wide compliance systems in Austria, at the European level and across the CEE region.

"The antitrust law team at CHSH provides excellent, practice-oriented and innovative advice. I’m really looking forward to joining and strengthening this well-established and ambitious team and supporting our clients meet the challenges posed by competition law", said Florian Prischl.

"Due to the strong growth of our antitrust practice in recent years, expanding our team was just a logical step forward. We're really pleased that Florian Prischl – an expert in the field of antitrust law – sees his future with us at CHSH", said Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, head of the CHSH anti-trust practice group.
