CERHA HEMPEL Managing Partner Dr. Albert Birkner, LL.M is a lecturer on the master's programme in commercial law (LL.M. Wirtschaftsrecht) at UNI for LIFE, part of Karl Franzens University of Graz. At his regular lectures, he gives students on the course an invaluable opportunity to gain insights into legal practice.The programme recently included a "Moot court", and the subject of M&A was covered in the spring. By enrolling, students get the chance to practice and rehearse various legal situations during their studies and prepare themselves for their future careers.
