CERHA HEMPEL advises healthcare start-up on successful capital increase

The upcoming Viennese healthcare start-up tech2people has successfully completed a further capital increase with equity contributions of more than EUR 800,000 in order to expand its innovative neuro-, physio- and ergotherapy services and to pursue its mission to improve the quality of life of people with neurological diseases and physical disabilities. This milestone was achieved in close collaboration with CERHA HEMPEL's prestigious legal team.

The upcoming Viennese healthcare start-up tech2people has successfully completed a further capital increase with equity contributions of more than EUR 800,000 in order to expand its innovative neuro-, physio- and ergotherapy services and to pursue its mission to improve the quality of life of people with neurological diseases and physical disabilities. This milestone was achieved in close collaboration with CERHA HEMPEL's prestigious legal team.

The start-up's innovative technology combines advanced exoskeleton technology with specifically developed therapy programs to help patients regain mobility and quality of life. This unique approach has already attracted considerable attention and promises pioneering developments in the field of rehabilitation and therapy.

The legal team consisting of partners Mag. Jakob Hartig, LL.M. (lead) and Mag. Heinrich Foglar-Deinhardstein, LL.M. and associate Marcus Lusar, LL.M., BSc. (all corporate) successfully advised the start-up company on all legal issues related to the capital increase. This included advising on the capital structure, negotiating investor agreements and ensuring legal compliance. The expertise of this CERHA HEMPEL team was decisive in ensuring a smooth and efficient capital increase.
