The number of partners at CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati increased from 1 January 2019: Dr. Michaela Siegwart and Mag. Lorenz Pracht are made partners of the firm.

Dr. Michaela Siegwart becomes a partner in the Contentious Business Team
Dr. Michaela Siegwart (43) has been advising and representing national and international clients in complex commercial matters for many years. She specialises in procedural, procurement, insurance and construction contract law. Dr. Siegwart has been with CHSH since 2001 and was awarded her doctorate from the University of Vienna in 2013. She lectures on subjects relating to public procurement.
Mag. Lorenz Pracht becomes a partner in the Corporate Transactions Team
Mag. Lorenz Pracht (39) specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company law, capital markets law and energy law. After studying law at the University of Vienna, he went on to graduate from the "International Tax Law" (LL.M.) master programme at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2007. Mag. Lorenz Pracht has many years' experience of advising national and international clients. During his career, he also held the position of in-house counsel at a listed industrial company in Vienna for a period of two years.
