“Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2010” out now

The current issue of the “Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2010” was showcased at the Ministry of Justice following this year’s “Vienna Arbitration Days” event held on 12 and 13 February 2010.

The current issue of the “Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2010” was showcased at the Ministry of Justice following this year’s “Vienna Arbitration Days” event held on 12 and 13 February 2010.

Hon.-Prof. Dr. Irene Welser, Managing Partner at CHSH, is once again co-editor of the Yearbook – a collection of articles by leading arbitration experts on national and international arbitration proceedings.

The Arbitration Yearbook is now in its fourth year and contains current articles on international trends in arbitration. The partners and attorneys at CHSH who act as arbitrators have once again contributed articles on current topics to the book which is published in English. Apart from being co-editor, Irene Welser is also co-author of the article “Best Practices in International Arbitration”. Benedikt Spiegelfeld and Susanne Wurzer contributed an article entitled “Challenge of Arbitrators”.
