CERHA HEMPEL Banking & Finance Partner Peter Knobl held two group training sessions for EIP® graduates (investment advisers) at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, the first on 17 November 2022 and the second on 6 December 2022, as part of the further education programme of the Austrian Centre for Productivity and Efficiency (ÖPWZ).

On Thursday 24 November the event "Environmental Social Governance – ESG" took place at the CERHA HEMPEL Bel Etage. More information can found here.

CERHA HEMPEL senior partner Irene Welser will participate in the event as a panelist on the topic of "Early Dispute Resolution" in Basel.

The event is organized by Swiss Arbitration, DIS - Deutsche institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit and VIAC - Vienna International Arbitral Centre.

CERHA HEMPEL Partner Armin Schwabl gave a lecture on the topic "Lebensmittelverarbeitung – Welche rechtlichen Anforderungen werden jetzt und in Zukunft in Europa an Convenience-Produkte gestellt?" at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna.

To kick off our new CERHA HEMPEL global perspectives series, the event "Wie geht Gegenwart für eine ungewisse Zukunft?" took place on September 13 in our Bel Etage. The lecture has bee held by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Markus Hengstschläger.
