The Austrian IT Law Day took place for the 17th time this year and has long been established as the central forum for information law in Austria.

The new ESG rules pose a number of new challenges for businesses. On the CERHAHEMPEL ESG-Day, our attorneys took all participants through the key ESG rules. We were delighted to welcome Gabriel Felbermayr, Director of the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) for the keynote speech.

The seminar deals comprehensively with construction law as it is needed by the lawyer in practice. Hon.-Prof. Dr. Irene Welser, will lead the seminar.

CERHA HEMPEL Banking & Finance Partner Peter Knobl held two group training sessions for EIP® graduates (investment advisers) at Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Österreich) AG, the first on 17 November 2022 and the second on 6 December 2022, as part of the further education programme of the Austrian Centre for Productivity and Efficiency (ÖPWZ).
