CHSH invited international exchange students to take part in antitrust case studies

As part of the outstanding postgraduate study programme "European Master in Law & Economics" (EMLE) organised by the University of Vienna in cooperation with other international universities, a large number of exchange students accepted an invitation from CHSH to attend an event on Wednesday 22 May 2019 to discuss antitrust case studies.

 

As part of the outstanding postgraduate study programme "European Master in Law & Economics" (EMLE) organised by the University of Vienna in cooperation with other international universities, a large number of exchange students accepted an invitation from Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati to attend an event on Wednesday 22 May 2019 to discuss antitrust case studies.

CHSH antitrust partner Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, LL.M, and CHSH attorney Univ.-Prof. DDr. Peter Lewisch discussed current legal issues related to competition dawn raids and antitrust damage claims with international exchange students on the basis of practical case studies.
