CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH has every reason to celebrate after receiving yet another international accolade. At this year's Client Choice Awards, Mag. Mark Krenn once again won an award in recognition of his fantastic achievements in the area of real estate in Austria.
Each year, the renowned London-based International Law Office (ILO) presents the Client Choice Awards to those lawyers around the world who stand out due to the excellent service they give their clients and the quality of the advice they provide. The highly coveted Client Choice Awards are awarded each year exclusively on the basis of surveys conducted with more than 2,000 corporate counsel worldwide. This year 490 lawyers from 82 countries won awards.
Having been presented the Client Choice Award for Real Estate in Austria in 2017 and 2018, Mag. Mark Krenn – who is responsible for real estate transactions – has now won the award for a third time. The client feedback cited by ILO includes the following descriptions of Mark Krenn: "Apart from his great legal skills he fully understands the technical and commercial needs of his clients", and "He knows how to give answers to questions before they are asked", as well as "He massively contributes to favourable contractual terms and closings of the transactions".
