CERHA HEMPEL Banking & Finance Partner Peter Knobl has provided an analysis of the provisions of Section 86a of the Act on the Recovery and Resolution of Banks (BaSAG) (selling of subordinated eligible liabilities to retail clients) in the major commentary by Kammel/Schütz, BaSAG – Bundesgesetz für die Sanierung und Abwicklung von Banken.

CERHA HEMPEL Banking & Finance Partner Peter Knobl has provided an analysis of the provisions of Section 86a of the Act on the Recovery and Resolution of Banks (BaSAG) (selling of subordinated eligible liabilities to retail clients) in the major commentary by Kammel/Schütz, BaSAG – Bundesgesetz für die Sanierung und Abwicklung von Banken. The publication of this second instalment on 12 September 2024 marks the completion of the Manz Commentary and closes a significant gap in Austrian literature on this subject.
