On 15 October 2020 Dr. Clemens Hasenauer, LL.M./MBA and Univ. Prof. MMag. Dr. Sabine Kirchmayr (University of Vienna) will give a joint lecture on the "Takeover battle in the crisis" as part of the opening session of the 24th Annual Forum for Law and Tax (RuSt 2020). To conclude the RuSt 2020, Dr. Hasenauer will moderate a panel discussion on "Back to normal? Lessons from the Covid-19 crisis" on 16 October 2020.
