The Federal Competition Authority takes its Competition Talk to the Management Center Innsbruck with Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, antitrust law partner at CHSH

On 13 November 2018, the Federal Competition Authority (FCA; Bundeswettbewerbs-behörde) took its Competition Talk to Innsbruck for the first time, in cooperation with CHSH.

On 13 November 2018, the Federal Competition Authority (FCA; Bundeswettbewerbs-behörde) took its Competition Talk to Innsbruck for the first time, in cooperation with CHSH. After an opening speech by Dr. Theodor Thanner (Director-General of the FCA), Mag. Philipp Abbrederis (Head of Legal and Purchasing at BRZ GmbH) gave a talk on the subject of "Compliance and Antitrust Law" at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). Afterwards, the Head of the CHSH Antitrust Practice Group, Dr. Bernhard Kofler-Senoner, LL.M., took part in a panel discussion alongside Dr. Anastasios Xeniadis LL.M. (Head of Litigation and Proceedings at the FCA) and Mag. Barbara Seelos (Case Handler at the FCA) before the many guests from interested companies who attended.

By holding the Competition Talks, the FCA wishes to create a platform where companies, law firms, judges and authorities can exchange ideas and views on issues relating to competition and antitrust law.
