Attorney Elke Sagmeister strengthens CHSH’s M&A team.
Mag. Elke Sagmeister has been supporting the Banking & Corporate Finance team at CHSH as an attorney since mid-December 2009. Mag. Sagmeister, from Burgenland, graduated from the University of Vienna in 2002 (Mag. iur.). As part of Dr. Albert Birkner’s team, she is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and support to national and international clients. With her M&A experience in the fields of industrial property protection and intellectual property law, Sagmeister will considerably strengthen CHSH’s M&A team. Moreover, she has extensive litigation experience.
