CHSH gains another Corporate/M&A partner

CHSH Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati expands its Corporate/M&A practice. Harald Stingl (38) joins the firm as a partner.

Harald Stingl joins the firm as a Corporate/M&A partner with effect from 1 June 2014 and strengthens the Corporate Transactions Team led by Managing Partner Clemens Hasenauer. Previously, Harald Stingl was a partner at Wolf Theiss in Vienna.

Harald Stingl specialises in the fields of corporate law, M&A transactions, cross-border restructurings, joint ventures and private equity. He has also developed specific legal know-how relating to the oil and gas industry and other industry sectors.

Born in Linz, Harald Stingl studied law at Georgia State University and the University of Linz and completed an LL.M. degree at Columbia University School of Law in New York. He also lectured for many years on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions at the University of Vienna.

Harald Stingl has many years' of extensive experience advising national and international clients on complex Corporate/M&A matters. He has authored numerous publications in his areas of expertise.
