CERHA HEMPEL advises OMV on the sale of OMV's filling station business in Germany

CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH has advised OMV as transaction counsel in connection with the sale of OMV's filling station business in Germany to the British EG Group.

CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH has advised OMV as transaction counsel in connection with the sale of OMV's filling station business in Germany to the British EG Group. The purchase price for the 285 filling stations in southern Germany with focus on Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg amounts to EUR 485 million and is subject to customary net working capital and net debt adjustments at closing.

The transaction is subject to required regulatory approvals and closing is expected in 2021.
